(TPMG - Kaiser Permanente Northern California) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California, and an over 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care. We currently have opportunities available for Child Neurologists to join a group of Child Neurologists and Child Neurology RN Case Managers. Roles available:
BC/BE General Child Neurologist – Roseville, California; BC/BE Child Neurologist – Oakland, California; Per Diem Child Neurologists – Openings in Oakland and Santa Clara, California.
Opportunities & Locations
Roseville – BC/BE General Child Neurologist We have a busy outpatient practice with strong ancillary support for video visits, telephone visits, and clinic visits in our Roseville hub and 7 satellite clinics in Northern & Central California. Inpatient call in our Children’s Hospital (32-bed pediatric ward, 10-bed PICU, and 60-bed level 3 NICU) is one week in four. Oakland – BC/BE Child Neurologist Practice includes a neurohospitalist service and outpatient clinics at multiple medical centers in the Central Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Hayward and Santa Rosa. The Division of Neurology is part of a larger Pediatric Department with multiple subspecialties and an independent Pediatric Residency Training program. Per Diem – Openings in Oakland and Santa Clara Per diem opportunities, part of a larger regional group of Pediatric Neurologists and Surgical Pediatric Epileptologists in TPMG.
Candidate Profile
The right candidate will have a strong team mentality, broad exposure within pediatric neurology, excellent empathic bedside manner, and a desire to innovate Child Neurology care in a supportive environment. Our department collaborates closely within a vibrant Pediatric Subspecialty team (11 medical and 6 surgical pediatric specialties) and with a broader regional group of Pediatric Neurologists and Surgical Pediatric Epileptologists in Kaiser Permanente Northern California.

Roseville is located at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills with outdoor amenities year-round and easy access to Lake Tahoe, Folsom Lake, and Napa Valley. Oakland offers a mix of urban lifestyle and access to nature with abundant trails and nearby recreational destinations.
