Fully licensed in the state of Ohio, unencumbered DEA. Experienced in treating adults or lifespan. Board Certified or True Board Eligible. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $285,000.00/yr - $367,000.00/yr Top compensation over $350,000, no cap on earnings Sign-on bonus Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), parental leave, EAP and more Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional) Flexible work schedules; 100% outpatient; telemedicine and in-person flexibility About LifeStance Health
