Career TEAM is looking to hire a Program Director who will manage and supervise staff and oversee the administration, programs, and strategic plan. The Program Director will oversee all aspects of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title 1, Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth, including plans, implementation, administration, and evaluation of projects and activities to ensure programmatic performance and compliance standards are met. The incumbent will apply working knowledge of Workforce Development protocols, core programs, and business plans. As a leader and member of the Corporate Management Team, the Program Director is accountable for quality and integrity across Workforce functions. This is an on-site role at Career TEAM’s Jefferson Parish location. The Program Director is an integral part of our team and will assist with our mission of accelerating the human condition. Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year. Travel: Local travel up to 30% within the Jefferson Parish region. Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt. Implement and oversee the administration, programs, and strategic plan aligned with WIOA Title 1 requirements (Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth). Plan, implement, administer, and evaluate projects and activities to ensure programmatic performance and compliance standards are met. Provide leadership and supervision for staff; coach and develop front-line employees; conduct regular coaching sessions and annual performance evaluations. Coordinate planning and implementation of policies and procedures for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies and procedures, and program monitoring. Manage budgets and expenditure rates to maintain on-track performance while avoiding disallowed costs; drive metrics and performance. Develop and implement strategies to integrate performance objectives into daily operations. Identify, recruit, and maintain talent in Jefferson Parish; foster teamwork and professional growth. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and reports; serve as primary local contact and contract liaison for funding sources. Lead the program initiatives, providing guidance and supporting staff growth. Other duties and projects as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s or MBA preferred. 3–5 years of operational leadership and management experience; knowledge of WIOA contracts/programs preferred. Strong emotional intelligence with ability to lead a diverse team; fast-paced, proactive, resourceful, and confidential. Knowledge of local region and relevant partners preferred. Experience in planning and organizing work standards, processes, and references; strong attention to detail with analytical, research, and critical thinking skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure; capable of handling a high volume of work with speed and accuracy; professional, courteous, and collaborative. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage personnel matters with tact and diplomacy. Excellent time management and organizational skills; valid driver’s license. Travel, Salary, and Status
