What you’ll get to do

Lead Product Development: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of major product features within our Social product suite, ensuring alignment with IAS’s strategic goals and customer needs. Innovate and Scale: Drive innovation across social media products to improve performance, scalability, and value for customers. Deep Collaboration with Engineering and Data Science: Partner with engineers and data scientists to build scalable, high-impact solutions for publisher-side measurement; ensure technical feasibility and market alignment. Customer-Centric Product Design: Engage with publishers and platform partners to address real-world challenges in social media ad measurement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to inform strategy and prioritize features based on business impact with strong analytics and metrics. Own Product Metrics: Define and monitor key KPIs and optimize features post-launch for continuous improvement. Mentor & Lead: Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team. You should apply if you have most of this experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with major social platforms; at least 5+ years in people management Technical Proficiency: familiarity with APIs, understanding API documentation, and ideally experience with databases and SQL Social Media Platform Expertise: experience with platforms like YouTube, Meta, or TikTok and understanding publisher-side measurement Exceptional Communication Skills: ability to articulate product vision and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Experience delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments Continuous Improvement Mindset: track record of fostering collaboration and mentoring others Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment About Integral Ad Science
