Perform general dentistry procedures: fillings, crowns, bridges, full & partial dentures, root canals, simple and surgical extractions, Invisalign, hygiene checks, implant placement and implant restoration. Open to what the provider can/can’t do. Experience with Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign is preferred but not required. Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner are equally as important as the procedures performed. Requirements
State license required: Yes DEA: Not required but preferred Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing. Requires a TB test completed within three days of accepting an offer; MUST BE A NEW TEST. TB Test is QGold. Our credentialing team will take care of everything to get you set up with taking that test. Schedule & Details
