Civil Site Manager Location

$120,000 – $150,000 annually (plus performance-based bonus) Reports To
Senior Project Manager/Ownership Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Site Manager to oversee and manage industrial substation construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive civil and industrial construction experience, and the ability to work independently in the field. This role requires frequent travel, including extended stays out of state, with scheduled home rotations. Key Requirements
Travel & Schedule
Willingness to work on industrial substation projects across the U.S. Adhere to a typical rotational schedule: 6-10 (6 days on, 10-hour days), with a 28/8 rotation (28 days on, 8 days off). Housing and travel expenses covered while on projects.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 DOE Performance-based bonus potential Company vehicle provided or rig check for use of personal truck (based on driving record and vehicle availability) Qualifications
