The Assistant Nurse Director will be responsible for:

- Directing, planning, and coordinating the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.

- Ensuring the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.

- Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.

- Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff.

- Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital

- Developing and implementing staffing plans.**Qualifications**Education

- Bachelor's Degree Nursing required. Master's Degree Nursing preferredExperience- Must have 6-8 years current Neuroscience Intermediate experience required.

- Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years (Nurse Manager, Nurse In Charge, Assistant ND) preferred.- Assistant ND experience preferred.
