$3,000 Bonus Offered! Location: Lowell, MA. Inpatient treatment program Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Pay Rate: $90,000-$93,000/annually The Program Director: is responsible for the overall programmatic and administrative operations for the program provides supervision and support to designated program staff to ensure that the program is in compliance with the regulatory and accreditation standards must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. *CA *CB Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Masters degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field preferred, BA/BS degree and experience can be substituted Recognized clinical license or certification preferred Experience working with DPH licensing requirements preferred Three years of management and/or supervisory experience in a substance abuse or mental health residential program preferred Three years of supervised counseling experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
