Building, leading, and managing the sales team: Providing direction, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met and revenue goals are achieved.

Utilizing negotiation skills: Negotiating deals, contracts, and agreements with clients and partners to secure beneficial partnerships and maximize business opportunities.

Meeting and exceeding company sales and revenue targets.
