Director Innovation Lab, Learning and Training Assets Delivery (LTAD)

Join our highly intrapreneurial team and help us shape the future! We are seeking a passionate Director Innovation Lab, Learning and Training Assets Delivery (LTAD) to lead the development and growth of our associates around new and emerging technologies, and to train and support key internal stakeholders on Innovation Lab programs, initiatives and solutions execution. The Director Innovation Lab, LTAD sits within the US Innovation Lab (iLab), a part of the Marketing Technology Product Management team. In this role, you will join a highly innovative and intrapreneurial group with a focus on accelerating innovation in the US. With a deep passion for innovation and new and emerging technologies, you will play a crucial role in helping associates and key stakeholders enhance their skills and knowledge and ensure that iLab solutions are launched with strong user proficiency and support. The Director Innovation Lab,LTAD will develop and implement learning strategies and curricula, design e-learning courses and live learning events focused on new and emerging technologies (e.g. AI, virtual reality, Metaverse, etc.), and rely on data analysis to inform our approach, all aligned to our Innovation strategy. You will work closely your iLab peers to assess development needs, define learning gaps, near-term and long-term learning objectives and plans, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness. And you will partner with our emerging tech external partners to build necessary learning manuals, modules, and live learning experiences. Proven expertise, experience and knowledge of effective adult learning methods are essential. Excellent written and oral communication, project management, and key stakeholder team management are required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions centered around new and emerging technologies (AI, Metaverse, AR/VR/XR, etc.) for IMO/IMUS associates across various levels and functions, using a variety of modalities and technologies

Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions that incorporate adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies

Embed continuous learning, learning opportunities and multi-modal learning delivery as part of broader change management

Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, vendors and partners to identify learning needs, define objectives, and build topic-specific learning curricula and accompanying dynamic content aligned with Innovation Lab and organizational objectives

Execute Train-the-trainer with event facilitators/trainers and learning teams, working collaboratively and facilitating transfer of learning content and trainings to receiving training team at program/project migration out of iLab

Work collaboratively with iLab team to enable solutions aligned to iLab Verticals and programs

Manage and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, using data and feedback to continuously improve

Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in innovation, emerging technologies adult learning, and instructional design, to merge and apply the disciplines to enhance the learning experience and outcomes

Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessment to determine the current and future skills and competencies required for associates

Deliver and facilitate learning sessions, both online and in-person, using various platforms and tools (Microsoft Teams, etc.)

Create and facilitate train-the-trainer learning sessions for Marketers, leaders, and other key stakeholders

Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions, using various methods and tools, such as surveys, quizzes, tests, observations, interviews, etc.

Create and maintain online intranet channel for learners & content, promoting a learning community and aligned to our Nurture Curiosity strategic pillar

Manage and maintain the learning content, resources, and systems, ensuring they are up to date, relevant, and accessible

Manage and coordinate the learning projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as subject matter experts, stakeholders, vendors, etc

Partner with external iLab partners to define, create learning and training assets and host and/or facilitate learning experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business, innovation, IT, education, instructional design, learning and development, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for adult learners, using various modalities and technologies, preferably in the technology sector (AI, Metaverse, AR/VR/MR, etc.)

Proven experience and expertise in Adult Learning and adult learning principles, as a learning manager or training manager or similar

Strong experience on developing learning curricula and facilitating learning experiences live and virtual

Strong experience in training on new technologies

Expertise in adult learning principles and training techniques

Knowledge and experience in using new and emerging technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, agentic AI, XR games, metaverse, etc.

Experience working in innovation or digital marketing teams or in a start-up environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both verbal and written

Strong analytical, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to drive improvement and innovation

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across various levels and functions

Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous learning and improvement

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

Strong expertise in project management

Excellent in MS Office (Microsoft, Excel, PPT, Teams) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Location: East Hanover, NJ(Hybrid) Pay Rate: $85 - $100/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only) Contract: 12-month Health, dental, vision, 401k
