Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is actively recruiting 2 BC/BE Radiation Oncologists to join our Department of Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente in Ontario, CA. The center has 4 newly installed linear accelerators, including a Varian TrueBeam with BrainLab ExacTrac Dynamic, and a Halcyon. Additionally, the center has an Elekta XOFT Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy System for management of skin and GYN malignancies. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a robust regional faculty practice of over 30 close-knit physicians based in desirable Southern California. Responsibilities
Join the Department of Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente in Ontario, CA and provide high-quality clinical care. Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines (nursing, physics, radiation therapy, and dosimetry) to deliver multidisciplinary cancer care. Contribute to research and scholarly activities as part of a regional faculty practice. Qualifications
Completed residency in an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology program and/or fellowship in an accredited US training program. Eligible for California medical licensure. Track record of excellence in clinical care and research; highly motivated with exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in collaboration with department and cross-disciplinary teams; ideal candidate will have emphasis on Head and Neck malignancies and CNS malignancies, with specific emphasis on stereotactic radiosurgery. Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $545,775 - $588,039. Potential premium earnings are up to $23,304. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location.
