- Southampton Family Practice, Franklin, VA. Bon Secours Southampton Family Practice is seeking a Family Medicine MD/DO for a very busy family practice. Also open to IM/PEDS Physician. Bon Secours is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. New grads or experienced physicians welcome. Flexible schedule options available. Responsibilities
Provide care in a busy established family practice with an average of 20-22 patients per day after ramp-up. Support from 1 MD and 2 NPs in the practice; adding one physician. See patients of all ages with a relatively low pediatric panel. Participate in a 1:6 call schedule (telephone only, shared with all primary care providers). Utilize EPIC EMR and MyChart for virtual health appointments. Potential opportunity for APC oversight and 1:1 provider support by CMA/LPN. Collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality patient care and outcomes. Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have completed a U.S. residency program and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM). New graduates or experienced physicians are welcome to apply. Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 sign-on bonus. Up to $100,000 medical school loan assistance available with loan statement. Resident stipend available. $10,000 annual CME budget. 35 days of paid time off. First 2 years guaranteed base compensation. WRVU and quality incentive bonus. EPIC EMR and MyChart integration; potential for additional technology-enabled care delivery. Location & Community
