The AWS Finance organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors of Software Engineering for AWS Fintech. You will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing global events, and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. This role requires five days a week in office. Responsibilities
Align individual calendars to the pace of the global business for both short term and long term Manage domestic and international travel Manage expense report coordination and submission Collaborate effectively with the executive assistant team, business operations team, and leadership team Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team to improve efficiency Work Life and Team

AWS Finance provides financial controllership for the AWS business. AWS Fintech plays a key role by building systems to automate this capability as the business of AWS scales. You will get to work with executives with financial business and technical backgrounds. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market.
