In addition, employment at the College provides employees with access to numerous discounts for products, services, and attractions.**Position Summary**Key Responsibilities: Create and distribute communications and marketing materials for various stakeholders* Create email, text and social media messaging to support units across the campus community
+ Admissions - prospective students, parents/families, school counselors through Slate CRM
+ Advancement & Alumni Relations - prospective donors - alums and friends - through Raiser’s Edge
+ Communications - general campus community* Create yearly communication plan for the Enrollment Division* Update Guilford website with a focus on the admission web pages and provide support for a larger, ongoing improvement website project* Create strategy, oversight, and execution of campus-wide social media* Assist the Admission and Communication & Marketing departments to track and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives in order to improve communication flows* Prepare regular reports on marketing trends for the Chief Communications Officer, Chief Enrollment Officer and Senior Director of Philanthropy* Work closely on communications with Director of Enrollment Information during peak recruitment cycle* Work closely with the Admission team to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure a cohesive approach* Collaborate with other departments, such as Financial Aid, Academic and Student Affairs, Athletics, etc., to support campus communications and marketing initiatives* Serve on the College’s Communications Council* Other duties as assigned**Guilford College** does not discriminate on the basis of sex/gender, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic information, military status, veteran status, or any other protected category under applicable local, state or federal law, ordinance or regulation.
