General responsibilities for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling orders (in-store and telephone), taking inventory and related paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness. Oversee shift operations: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; set an example and ensure policy and procedures are followed by the crew. Orientation and training provided on the job. General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Qualifications/Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders. Essential functions include mathematical ability, monetary transactions, order entry via computer, and reading/navigating to designated delivery areas. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; navigational and driving abilities for delivery tasks; physical capability to handle weights and perform repetitive motions. Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures, odors, cornmeal dust, and other kitchen environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry trays and cases, push/pull, climb stairs or ladders when needed, and perform standing, walking, bending and reaching tasks. Driving requires valid license and a safe driving record; access to insured vehicle for delivery. Job Location
