Sr. Quality Manager, Capital Equipment - Global Supply Chain At Boston Scientific, the Senior Quality Manager, Capital Equipment – Global Supply Chain is responsible for providing leadership, subject matter expertise, and process stewardship across the Capital Equipment Supply Chain, including Plan, Source, Build, Distribute, Returns, and Service (non-field service). This role plays a critical part in shaping Boston Scientific’s Capital Equipment strategy, ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will excel at building strong networks, understanding the interdependencies across global operations, and identifying future strategic capabilities. They will guide global execution teams, influence a diverse set of stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor in Capital Equipment quality matters. This role also includes managing and developing a small team (2–3 direct reports) in the Returns, Service, and Repairs Quality Engineering function. Your Responsibilities Include:
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise
across Capital Equipment Supply Chain activities, ensuring compliance with BSC Quality Systems and global regulatory standards. Build and sustain global networks
across Make, Repair, Distribution, Returns, Service (non field service), and Commercial Regions to ensure aligned processes and consistent execution. Understand and connect the moving parts
of Capital Equipment operations, identifying strategic capabilities needed to strengthen quality, service, and repair processes. Influence and collaborate with a diverse stakeholder base
to adapt global processes, represent the voice of regional commercial teams, and drive adoption of best practices. Guide global execution teams
in resolving quality issues, managing CAPAs, and leading improvement initiatives across Returns, Distribution, in-house Service, and Repair operations. Support readiness for strategic initiatives
such as global SAP launches, network expansions, and commissioning of new service and repair sites. Lead, coach, and develop a small global team
(2–3 direct reports) to build expertise, accountability, and long-term talent capability within the organization. Represent Capital Equipment Quality
in global forums, influencing quality system enhancements and contributing to Boston Scientific’s Best4 Quality Strategy (Best Culture, Best Agility, Best Performance, Best Compliance). What We\'re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related technical field. 8–10+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain roles within a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or related). Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485). Demonstrated experience with process ownership, CAPA management, and compliance leadership. Proven track record of leading cross-functional global initiatives and influencing stakeholders at peer group and 1-up levels. Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including managing, coaching, and developing teams. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional off-hours, to collaborate effectively with global partners and teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. 10–15% travel required, both domestic and international. Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent). Experience with Capital Equipment or complex systems within a regulated supply chain. Knowledge of global supply chain processes, including Returns, Repairs, Service, and Distribution. Experience supporting global ERP/SAP deployments or other large-scale system implementations. Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to balance long-term vision with executional excellence. Ability to drive change in a matrixed, global organization. $232,000 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com – will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles
may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for
