Rate: $33 - $38 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication plans for Total Rewards initiatives.
Track deliverables and integrate plans from other teams to ensure alignment across the Discover integration.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with multiple teams, including Total Rewards, Discover integration, and Capital One stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and communication materials.
Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the central point of contact for project tracking and updates.
Work closely with writers and team enablement partners to keep projects aligned.
Execution & Delivery:
Oversee open enrollment communications and associate experience improvement efforts.
Create “how-to” guides, FAQs, and related materials to support a seamless transition for incoming associates.
Experience Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within Capital One or a similar corporate environment.
Skills:
Strong Google Suite skills (especially Google Sheets), ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, and proven success managing projects autonomously.
Bonus:
Change management experience and prior experience with Capital One processes and culture.
Education Requirements Bachelors degree and/or relevant military work experience is required for this position.
