## ## Job Description:**The Role****The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** 8+ years of product manager experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions.* Proven ability to lead high priority initiatives from concept through execution across multiple cross-functional teams* Extensive experience in root cause identification, process, journey and value stream mapping.* An affinity for technology, specifically APIs and technology platforms, and a dedication to staying current with industry innovations.* Experience in trading and/or research platforms with a focus on self-directed investors.* Experience in the specific areas of Self-Directed investing for youth / novice through advanced traders in experiences such as Trading, Monitoring, Research and Active Trader Next.## Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.**The Team**We are passionate about bringing together process, technology, analytics, and user experience to scale our ability to serve our growing client and associate base.
