Job Scope: Lead and oversee the development of innovative clinical pharmacy services. Provide advanced clinical care in a modern healthcare setting. Mentor and train junior pharmacists, fostering professional growth. Collaborate with healthcare teams to drive patient-centered solutions. Requirements: PharmD or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC). At least 5 years’ clinical pharmacy experience. Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
