The Provider Experience at Charlie Health: Flexibility: Our virtual program allows nurse practitioners to work from home or a location of their choice. Support: Full-time Admissions and Assessment support so clinicians can focus on client care. Strong client relationships: Build in-depth work with clients for sustainable healing. Collaboration: Case discussions with the medical team to develop skills and think creatively. Free CEUs: Access to free, online CEUs to meet licensing requirements and explore topics of interest. AI-Powered Documentation: An AI-powered scribe to streamline clinical documentation and summarize key points of sessions. About the Role Charlie Health is adding Nurse Practitioners who will partner with Medical Directors, the Chief Medical Officer, and the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care, including comprehensive evaluations and patient consultations, and to ensure compliance with medical policies and procedures. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments Educate patients about medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes Coordinate with support staff to ensure clear patient communication and follow-up Participate in treatment team meetings Assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Medical Director Note: Duties may change with or without notice Position is scheduled for 15 hours per week (12 clinical, 3 administrative), mainly in the afternoon to evenings Qualifications Remote-friendly; available on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) 3+ years of PMHNP experience; IOP/PHP/IP experience preferred Experience with a wide age range (children to adults) Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective care Strong communication with medical, clinical, and administrative staff Proficiency with electronic health records Computer and internet skills, including Word and Outlook At Charlie Health, we value being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
