As a Staff Engineer specializing in CAD Tool and Flow software development, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools and flows. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation, providing support to internal teams, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our automation processes. Key Responsibilities:
Apply engineering principles to develop and optimize CAD tools and flows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and results. Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes and tools. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on CAD automation tools and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in automation processes. Coordinate issues and initiatives with HW, SW, IT, and EDA engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Conduct self-guided research and participate in periodic training to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate new methods into daily work. Propose and execute innovative solutions to complex problems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our CAD automation capabilities. Personal Character Traits:
