R-2003**The Role****Position Title:** Corporate Controller **Position Summary**We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Corporate Controller** to lead our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, driving financial efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in financial systems, and internal controls.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements* Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements* Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors* Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies* Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy* Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to executive leadership* Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting capabilities* Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams* Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital investments**Education & Experience:****Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required; MBA preferred)**Experience:** 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles**Knowledge, Skills, & Talents**Detail the specific competencies, attributes, and skills needed for success in this role. Provide a bullet-point list of desired qualities, such as technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and any unique talents relevant to the position.* Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards* Experience with ERP systems* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills* Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements* 10% Travel (including international)**Pay and Benefits:**The estimated base pay range for this position is:
$144,000 - $218,000 annually.
Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, qualifications, skills and geographic location.
