Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), We are seeking a
Capital Markets Program Manager
to lead a
10-person project management team
(across four global offices) responsible for delivering our 2026 technology portfolio on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic priorities. This is a
hands-on leadership role
— approximately
75% people/process oversight
and
25% architecture/design oversight
— requiring proven experience in
front-office trading system delivery
and
capital markets program execution . The successful candidate will: Collaborate closely with the
Chief Digital Officer ,
Chief Strategy Officer , and the
CEOs of each CMG company
to align project delivery with strategic business goals.
Orchestrate delivery across
multiple markets, regions, and regulatory environments .
Manage direct and dotted-line teams spanning Los Angeles, Plano, Bangalore, and Shanghai.
Drive
cross-company platform and feature synergies
to eliminate development silos.
Partner with trading, research, and technology leaders to ensure production readiness of high-performance systems.
Serve as a key operational bridge between the
CDO, CSO, company CEOs , and execution teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Program Oversight
Translate the CDO’s capital markets vision into an actionable, prioritized, and budgeted delivery roadmap.
Govern delivery of 125+ Jira EPICs spanning trading platforms, execution algos, AI research tools, and market data integrations.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track velocity, quality, and budget adherence.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10 global project managers.
Implement standardized program governance processes across geographies.
Empower PMs with tools and authority to remove blockers and accelerate timelines.
Cross-Functional Synergy
Ensure alignment of architecture, data, and feature sets across all Capital Markets companies.
Partner with business unit heads to leverage shared IP, avoid duplicate development, and maximize ROI.
Champion process and platform standardization without stifling innovation.
Technical & Architectural Engagement
Provide architectural oversight on trading and research platform initiatives.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with local market regulations.
Collaborate with technology leads on integration patterns, API strategy, and data governance.
Budget & Risk Management
Own the capital markets technology budget in partnership with the CDO and CSO.
Proactively identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to meet hard deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years
in program or portfolio management within
capital markets or fintech .
Proven track record delivering
front-office trading systems
(OMS/EMS, algorithmic strategies, market data platforms) in production environments.
Experience managing
global teams
and delivering multi-region projects under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of
trading workflows ,
market structure , and
regulatory considerations
across US, India, and China.
Skilled in
Jira ,
Agile/Scrum , and portfolio reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
