Sr. Product Manager, Workforce Solutions - Talent Mobility – Franklin, TN. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own products that provide customers flexible labor scheduling options that meet personal needs while achieving operational demand. We enable Amazon to be the employer of choice for hourly workers by offering a path to a consistent and flexible hourly job with opportunities to earn more and grow skills, delivering value for customers as we absorb variability and lower costs. We build products and programs that enable flexible job management for associates. You will drive growth and adherence to product goals and initiatives and work closely with program managers to scale the product, engineering, legal, and central science teams. Key responsibilities

Building strong relationships with field leaders and key stakeholders. Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on a regular basis. Define the clear requirements for specific business use cases. Establish scalable, efficient processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation. About The Team

WSTM is comprised of six service verticals that enable the Workforce Solutions north star of delivering efficient and transparent talent mobility and employee engagement for a global workforce. The Field-Product Manager team ensures our roadmap aligns with field needs while moving toward the WS North Star and validating customer needs for end-product applicability and integration into operations. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end-to-end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
