Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- Saratoga, Santa Cruz, Monterey Areas at Bank of America. This requisition contains multiple locations but there is not an immediate opening for every location listed. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $33.00/hr Responsibilities

Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs that set you up for success. Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers invested in your success. Grow your knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and relevant solutions. Earn licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time; obtain the SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs. Progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II as you demonstrate success and develop relationships within a client portfolio. Participate in programs and resources provided by the Academy to support your career journey. Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with a focus on the client’s interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience Skills
