Compensation Leader
to bring a fresh perspective to compensation design for our client. You will be instrumental in developing strategies for a diverse workforce, from hourly and tipped employees to high-level executives. The client values a casual, collaborative, and fun culture. The role offers a hybrid schedule with the option to work from home one day a week. Base pay range

Be the go-to expert for all compensation matters, using deep analytical skills to conduct market benchmarking, manage compensation survey participation, and present key insights to executive leadership. Champion a fair and transparent pay-for-performance culture while shaping a competitive and equitable compensation framework that directly influences the company’s growth and success. What we’re looking for
Experience:
7+ years in compensation management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Hospitality or multi-unit operations experience is strongly preferred. Expertise:
Deep knowledge of US and international compensation regulations, especially those related to tipped wages, pay equity, and transparency. Technical Skills:
Proven ability to manage compensation cycles within
Workday . Leadership:
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from field operations to the executive team. Seniority level
