Engage with HR and business partners to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for early career talent Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for summer internships and entry-level positions Monitor and present metrics related to recruitment outcomes and processes Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the employer brand and value proposition Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5 years of professional experience At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting in a corporate environment Proven ability to recruit technical skill sets, including Software Engineers Strong project management skills with a focus on optimizing processes Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
