We are seeking a talented Corporate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including: Mergers and acquisitions (public and private) Private equity and venture capital investments Joint ventures and strategic alliances General corporate governance and advisory work Key Requirements
4–6 years’ experience in corporate law at a leading national or international firm Strong background in M&A, private equity, and/or securities work Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively in cross-border teams Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school; admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligible to waive in) What We Offer
