Annual Bonus Sr Talent Acquisition Manager
A Senior Talent Acquisition Manager develops and executes strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent, often by managing a team of recruiters and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs. Key responsibilities include creating talent pipelines, improving candidate experiences, using data to optimize the hiring process, and fostering the company's employer brand to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract candidates for various roles across the organization. Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring consistency in their efforts and alignment with company goals. Process Optimization:
Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate offers, to create an efficient and positive experience. Talent Sourcing:
Developing and executing proactive sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines and fill positions, particularly during periods of rapid growth. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and providing timely, effective recruiting solutions. Data and Analytics:
Producing and delivering regular reports on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement. Employer Branding:
Implementing initiatives to promote the company's employer brand, attract a diverse talent pool, and retain long-term employees. Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 10+ years in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in managing recruiting teams or high-volume recruiting. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, build recruiting dashboards, and present performance reports to leadership. Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional skills in communicating with hiring managers, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
