Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship Required. Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. Proven ability to coordinate logistics activities across government, contractor, and vendor organizations. Hands-on experience supporting complex hardware, software, or infrastructure systems. Ability to analyze logistics data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Familiarity with logistics management systems, configuration management tools, or ERP platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to resolve logistics issues under tight deadlines and operational constraints. Preferred Advantage: Familiarity with FAA automation systems and National Airspace System (NAS) logistics processes. As an Automation Logistics SpecialistsLead Associate, you’ll provide expert logistics and lifecycle management for FAA automation systems that keep the National Airspace System (NAS) running seamlessly. This is your chance to work on mission-critical hardware, software, and infrastructure that support millions of passengers every day. In this position, you will: Coordinate logistics deliverables between the FAA, Integrated Logistics Management Team (ILMT), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Lead integrated logistics support for advanced automation systems—including hardware, software, and infrastructure. Develop and maintain logistics plans, schedules, and documentation to meet FAA program requirements. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth lifecycle support and sustainment strategies. Track program logistics status, assess risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain system availability.
