Job description : We are currently looking to hire a REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & OPERATIONS for our client in Denver, CO. The Regional Director will lead and expand regional business across Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. This strategic leadership role encompasses oversight of sales, parts, and service teams to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The position requires fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture aligned with company goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Although no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to be involved in a range of tasks including : Develop annual operating plans, goals, and objectives for Service and Parts departments Coordinate with branch managers to align operations with company objectives Track performance metrics and update teams regularly Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations Collaborate with marketing on regional sales campaigns Provide coaching and leadership to departmental managers and sales teams Act as liaison between branch locations and head office Engage with customers to understand and fulfill equipment needs Qualifications
Education / Certification :
Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience Mandatory :
Valid driver's license with clean record, ability to travel across the U.S., clean background check Experience : 10+ years in operations or sales management, preferably in heavy equipment, industrial, or agricultural sectors Proven success managing multiple dealership branches and scaling teams P&L management experience and ability to meet financial targets Mechanical aptitude with parts / equipment repair knowledge Advanced knowledge of MS Office and dealer management systems Experience working with municipalities or government clients, creating strategic plans, and building supplier / customer relationships Why is This a Great Opportunity
