You’ll be at the center of our hiring engine, bringing in top talent across engineering, product, clinical operations, and physician roles. From sourcing and outreach to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers, you’ll ensure that every candidate has an outstanding experience. This is a fully in-office position at our San Francisco headquarters. What You’ll Do Manage the entire hiring process for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to offer close Identify high-quality candidates through creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, and new tools/platforms Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and coordinate take-home projects, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication Collaborate with engineers, clinical teams, operations, and more to define hiring needs and craft effective strategies Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for high-priority roles, including engineers, product managers, and physicians Recommend and implement recruiting tools, processes, and best practices to support blitz-scaling growth Coordinate scheduling, support candidates with questions, and provide structure across the hiring process Play a central role in building a world-class organization across technical and clinical domains Who You Are 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focusing on senior or niche roles Strong background in technical recruiting (software engineers, data, product managers, etc.) and a willingness to support clinical/physician recruiting as well Track record of success in high-growth or early-stage startup environments Expertise in behavioral interviewing, competency-based assessments, and building structured interviewing processes Proven ability to fill complex technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data, etc.) Familiarity with technical recruiting (Web/Mobile) is preferred Organized yet flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ready and willing to work in-office five days a week Programming/scripting experience is a plus (WebDev/Ex-Bootcamp, etc.) Life at Mochi Daily Meals and Espresso Bar – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner every weekday; on-site barista with espresso and matcha Pre-Tax Commuter Perks – Save on transit and parking through pre-tax commuter benefits Top-of-Market Compensation – Competitive salaries with generous equity packages Profitable and Rapid Growth – Scaling fast with financial discipline and long-term vision High-Impact Work – Shape the future of digital healthcare and impact lives nationwide World-Class Team – Collaborate with teammates from leading companies and universities Comprehensive Benefits – 401(k) with match, generous time off, life, and medical/dental/vision plans Time to Recharge – Unlimited PTO, generous holidays, and true flexibility Wellness First – Mindfulness, fitness perks, and health-focused programs Team Socials and Community – Regular socials, happy hours, and events Downtown SF HQ – Convenient, collaborative office space in San Francisco Compensation and Workplace Policy The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $130,000 to $180,000, in addition to benefits. Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration and innovation. Workplace Policy For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary by role.
