Responsibilities
Our Supply Chain & Logistics team is a key pillar of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. It aims to improve customer experience with warehousing, supply chain & logistics technology, empowering merchants to simplify and expand their business worldwide with dependable and trustworthy fulfillment capabilities, so as to make affordable and high-quality products more accessible, contributing to an improved quality of life for consumers.
Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate Supply Chain & Logistics system for domestic and global TikTok Shop E-commerce.
Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability.
Deliver best-in-class engineering excellence practices across all product engineering disciplines.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
1 to 3 years experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Go/Python/C++. Qualified new graduates would also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery Technology, and/or Warehousing. Experience in E-Commerce and retail related fields. Experience in full stack development is a plus.

Job Information
Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location. Day-one benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. The Company reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.
