Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CTO to join our High Consequence Missions Sector team. Parsons’ High Consequence Missions Sector focuses on delivering cutting-edge offensive and defensive cyber, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and specialized communication and collection technologies to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Our work aims to support U.S. and Joint Coalition Warfighters in achieving critical national security objectives and enable mission success across intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare domains. What You'll Be Doing

Create and update High Consequence Missions Sector technical strategy: Ensure the strategy aligns with the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit and overall company objectives.

Document the sector’s technical vision and compare it to the current state.

Develop a roadmap to drive from the current state to the desired future state.

Make recommendations to address gaps through capability enhancements and/or M&A opportunities.

Oversee High Consequence Missions Sector Solution Architects: Lead the technical volumes of proposals, ensuring they are responsive and include clear discriminators.

Support Business Development and Capture activities by identifying the best contract opportunities to pursue, ensuring alignment with the sector strategy.

Assist with customer engagements by developing briefings that highlight company differentiators.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends: Identify solutions, services, and best practices to keep the sector at the forefront of innovation.

Foster cross-sector, cross-business unit, and cross-company collaboration to drive internal and external partnerships, accelerating technological advancements.

Build and refine a high-performing technology organization: Lead multi-domain collaboration across Parsons Defense & Intelligence portfolio to address complex mission challenges.

Drive new business and on-contract growth while cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Manage the technology budget, allocating resources efficiently and in line with sector objectives, while maintaining cost-effective solutions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

20+ years experience with detailed working knowledge of missions and operations related to offensive and defensive cyber, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and specialized communication and collection technologies.

Master’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.

Strong working knowledge of cyber operations, electronic warfare, ISR, specialized communications, artificial intelligence, data analytics, network operations, systems engineering, and signals intelligence.

Proven leadership abilities, with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing technical talent.

Strategic thinker with robust business acumen, skilled at aligning technology initiatives with broader organizational goals to drive growth and success.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in operational or military environments in cyber, electronic warfare, or intelligence domains is a significant plus.

Active TS with SCI eligibility required.

U.S. citizen.

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
