A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field. A minimum of two years of programming or development experience. Professional experience with Guidewire (ideally PolicyCenter). A minimum of five years of programming or development experience is preferred. Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Domain expertise with an understanding of necessary technical concepts and an awareness of industry trends. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve new issues and break down complex problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly and collaborate effectively with team members. Intermediate leadership abilities to foster a learning environment for others. Responsibilities

Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks with accuracy and efficiency, focusing primarily on Guidewire. Analyze, assess, and resolve defects and incidents of a complex nature and escalate issues as needed. Work independently to address both well-defined and ambiguous problems. Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. In terms of compensation, the annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,200.00 to $193,400.00, influenced by several factors including role complexity, location, and your individual skills and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive compensation program includes performance-based cash incentives.
