Senior Employee Benefits (Health & Benefits) Sales Consultant , you will leverage Mercer’s expertise to develop innovative sales strategies that address critical challenges in healthcare, financial security, and career development for employers and their employees. Responsibilities
Apply highly developed market and internal service offering insights to sales calls to engage potential clients, generate interest, and schedule meetings or presentations. Create sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address complex prospect needs and communicate the business value of internal services and offerings. Lead complex sales processes from identification to closing; lead pricing negotiations, facilitate product and expectation discussions, and secure a beneficial financial outcome for the business. Qualifications
BA/BS degree. Strong track record of achieving sales goals. Experience selling to companies in the 100 – 5,000 employee benefit space. Experiential knowledge of the Employee Benefits or Health and Benefits consulting industry and products. Strong network and ability to gain access to C-suite level executives. Preferred

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
