Google . As a member of the Gboard team, you\'ll work on Google\'s keyboard application for Android and iPhone, integrating cutting-edge GenAI to redefine the future of voice dictation and voice-based interactions. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test system integration code, focusing on connecting with next-generation speech recognizers. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. Review code produced by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, testing, accuracy, and efficiency). Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product updates and user feedback. Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in Java. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. 3 years of experience with Android application development. Preferred qualifications
Master\'s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. Experience building and shipping mobile applications that involve speech and audio processing. Familiarity with deep learning model deployment, including Large Language Models (LLMs). About The Job

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
