Overview
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in strategic tax planning and compliance for the organization.
Base pay range:
$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Location: Lutherville-Timonium, MD (hybrid/remote work opportunities available per company policy).

Responsibilities
Oversee all tax-related activities, including preparation of partnership and corporation returns.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and develop effective tax strategies.
Provide guidance on tax planning, research, and filing requirements.
Supervise, train, and develop tax staff; promote client service excellence.
Engage in strategic decision-making to optimize tax outcomes for the organization.
Qualifications
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
CPA preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience preparing and reviewing tax returns and advising companies on tax strategy.
Previous Big 4/National or Regional Firm experience preferred.
Strong research, writing, interpersonal, and business development skills.
Aptitude and desire to grow our Tax Services Practice toward partnership.
