Senior IVR (Voice application) Java Developer

Overview Java Web application development role requiring knowledge of Spring MVC, Servlets & JSP, JDBC, and IVR domain experience. Candidates should be able to coordinate with offshore developers via email and occasional calls, and have exposure to basic Linux commands.

Responsibilities

Develop Java web applications using Spring MVC, Servlets, JSP, and JDBC.

Collaborate with offshore development teams, coordinating through email and occasional calls.

Involve in SRGS/GRXML speech grammar development as part of IVR projects.

Qualifications

Java web application development with knowledge of Spring MVC, Servlets & JSP, JDBC.

IVR domain knowledge.

Speech grammar development using SRGS/GRXML.

Basic JavaScript experience.

Exposure to basic Linux commands and scripting.

Ability to work with offshore developers and coordinate via email and occasional calls.

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge of Nuance Development Framework (NDF).

Experience with Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Genesys Administrator (GA/GAX).

Experience in microservices.

Experience in cloud-native development and other cloud technologies.

Experience in Agile development methodologies.

CI/CD exposure.
