Maintain a high level of client retention by managing day-to-day service needs of clients and developing strong client relationships. Market and service accounts in line with platform objectives and procedures. Contribute to profitable growth by achieving retention and renewal goals, proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits/coverages, and providing extraordinary client service. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a “Book of Business” profitable for the platform and carriers. Provide timely, professional, accurate communication to clients, team, carrier representatives, and underwriters. Work with clients to adjust limits and coverages; educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures; document all actions in the agency management system. Complete all transactions, paperwork, mail, and internal processing for accounts. Prequalify insurance prospects for insurability and risk quality. Survey loss exposures, needs, and potential uninsurable or difficult exposures for clients. Complete applications and related documentation for submission to insurers. Verify accuracy of endorsements and policies. Conduct renewal review meetings and advise clients on effective coverage and competitive pricing. Market renewals and negotiate with company underwriters. Collect applicable down payments and obtain signatures on applications and supporting documentation. Maintain confidentiality of client records and communications. Seek referrals and assist in generating new business. Refer current and prospective clients to Benefits and Commercial Insurance as appropriate. Coach and mentor junior team members; may lead meetings and initiatives. Comply with agency standards, policies, and procedures. This description may be modified from time to time at management’s discretion. Requirements
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Strong mathematical or accounting understanding. High level of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with minimal errors. Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with technology including MS Office; knowledge of Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic a plus). Able to function independently and as part of a team. Complies with continuing education requirements for licensing and professional designations. Keeps informed about industry trends, new production information, coverages, and technology to stay current. Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of personal insurance experience, or recognized equivalent. Hold and maintain appropriate state Property and Casualty licenses or obtain within three months of hire. Maintain professional designations (CISR, AINS); pursue advanced designations (API, AIS, CIC, or others). Demands

This range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Pay details: The base compensation range is $70,000 - $80,000.
