Team consists of 12 folks in Mountain View and have 30+ in India – all working to launch new LLM based Digital Health features Will be part of core GenAI Development team – role will contribute primarily to LLM based application development / evaluation, testing / agentic framework using latest tech stacks Skillset sought — seeking senior profiles – 5+ years’ experience – solid Academic Research in M/L, Data Science plus industry experience – shipping actual products, GenAI/ LLM based applications, developing actual applications based on LLM. Does NOT want pure academic experience – MUST have real professional experience. Open to Bachelors, prefer Advanced Degrees and still wants handful of professional experience. Potential titles >> Gen/Ai Research Engineer / Applied Research Engineer / LLM Engineer / LLM Scientist / Deep Learning Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer Absolute requirement >> must have experience releasing actual LLM + GenAI based applications in the past 2 years Any experience with Agentic frameworks would be a bonus – current product doesn’t have it yet, but it’s on the roadmap. Qualifications
7-10 years experience Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Strong programming skills. Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Hands-on experience with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, RoBERTa, LLaMA). Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and sequence-to-sequence models. Familiarity with Hugging Face libraries and OpenAI APIs. Experience with MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of distributed computing and GPU acceleration using CUDA. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback). Who We Are
