By designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developer tools, and automation frameworks, the Software Engineer will play a critical part in driving productivity, improving developer experience, and accelerating delivery across the organization. Responsibilities
Build and scale CI/CD pipelines to improve speed and reliability. Develop core developer tools such as IDE extensions, CLI utilities, and containerized workflows. Automate deployment and release processes to support continuous delivery. Lead adoption of AI-powered coding assistants across engineering teams. Partner with global teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver pragmatic solutions. Qualifications
5 years of software engineering experience. Strong background in CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and build systems (e.g., Docker, Bazel, CMake). Proficiency in both scripting languages (Python, Bash) and compiled languages (C, Go, Rust, etc.). Demonstrated ability to build clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions that improve developer productivity. Base salary range: $175,000 — $350,000 excludes discretionary performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, retirement, wellness, and more).
