The ideal candidate brings strategic HR expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across teams and functions. This role requires excellent communication, collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, and a passion for fostering engagement, accountability, and innovation. Responsibilities
Cross-Regional Leadership: Collaborate with Regional HRBP Directors to design and execute programs that support business objectives. Ensure strategic alignment of HR business partnership strategy across regions, optimize processes and address regional and organization-wide challenges. Foster collaboration and organizational alignment across regional business leadership. Strategic HR Alignment and Operational Excellence: Use advanced business acumen and deep knowledge of business objectives to drive HR priorities. Collaborate and influence across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver cohesive, results-oriented HR services aligned with business objectives. Vision Setting and Leadership Development: Execute the vision and strategy for HR business partnership within region. Lead and develop a team of HRBPs to achieve measurable business outcomes, balance stakeholder expectations, and align with business SVPs. Key accountabilities across core HR capabilities: Data & Analytics: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to provide actionable insights for regional decisions. Use data to identify talent gaps, forecast needs, and optimize HR strategies. Strategic Partnering: Align HR strategies with business objectives, customize programs, and engage stakeholders. Partner with leaders to set regional HR goals aligned with organizational objectives. Plan workforce needs and allocate resources. Organizational Design and Change Management: Drive change management with strategies and communication plans. Enhance culture and engagement; optimize organizational design, clarify roles, and analyze spans of control. End-to-end Talent Management Support: Partner with regional leaders and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent. Strengthen talent management with trends, initiatives, and robust pipelines including succession planning. Promote leadership excellence and address talent gaps; enhance compensation strategies and labor relations to improve engagement. HR Compliance: Implement policies at business unit level, ensure compliance with laws, and develop corrective action plans. Key Leadership Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership that fosters collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment. Build trust with executive leadership by aligning HR support with business goals and adapt to various leadership styles. Strategic Leadership and Alignment: Align with mission, vision, values, and strategy to drive collaboration and change. Building Trust with Leadership: Establish trust with senior leadership; partner to achieve outcomes and scale HR solutions regionally. Cultural and Performance Alignment: Envision and plan cultural and performance outcomes aligned with business strategy. Team Development and Delegation: Build and develop a high-performing team and design service delivery strategies across organization levels. Organizational Communication Leadership: Lead organizational communication to create shared accountability with the business as services are delivered. Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence: Partner to develop solutions and provide ongoing guidance throughout delivery. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, address needs, and ensure transparency and collaboration. Empowerment and Influence: Foster ownership and accountability; advocate for HR strategies with strong communication. HR Expertise and Business Solutions: Apply HR knowledge to assess challenges and deliver solutions aligned with HR strategy and operating model. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Work Experience: 10+ years in HR management, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in partnering with senior leaders and scaling HR solutions regionally. Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence; strong track record in building teams and delivery strategies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of applicable regulatory agencies and laws. Ability to lead and collaborate; strong business acumen and understanding of HR and industry context; ability to influence without direct authority; data synthesis and trend analysis; clear HR policy and talent management communication; team collaboration; multi-priority management; self-motivation; strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality. Licenses and Certifications: PHR or SPHR (preferred). Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Strength/Physical Demands: Sedentary work with occasional lifting or moving of objects as described for typical office roles. Working Conditions: Well-lit, climate-controlled offices with standard computer equipment; occasional travel. Travel: Expected 25-50% travel within the region.
