Key member of the NA Aon finance leadership team, partnered with other leaders across finance and the business. Provide direct leverage and support to North American CFO. Own and optimize the incentive payment process to ensure payments are calculated timely and accurately and respond to questions about incentive payments. Optimize reporting and analysis on select new hires and other financial initiatives. Collaborate with the Compensation team and North America CFO to develop, design and analyze new compensation structures to drive regional performance. Develop and lead change management to optimize processes for finance/business-critical activities. Review pricing, compensation and profitability efforts to scale and drive improvements. Align the finance organization and deliverables with business goals and avoid duplication. Partner with the CFO and Executive teams to develop, model and execute long-range plans and growth strategies; ensure alignment with financial goals and key metrics (revenue growth, margin improvement, ROIC & free cash flow). Develop understanding of internal and external environment related to compensation trends, market attributes, and our product offerings; apply benchmarking and market planning techniques. Support strategic growth areas, portfolio rationalization, and integration measures to meet or exceed business cases and deal models. Assist the team with measurement, target-setting and forecast accuracy; help communicate risks and opportunities. Organize and drive utilization and improvement of design-support tools, processes, and metrics, including client profitability, pricing analysis, and capacity management; standardize reporting and KPIs. Support compliance, risk management and related initiatives as needed. Act with integrity and foster an environment of high standards, compliance and conduct. Articulate complex finance concepts clearly for leadership consumption. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Ten plus years of senior-level accounting/finance experience, preferably in the insurance/brokerage industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly with senior management. Experience building and leading large teams. Experience leading change and process improvement. High level of attention to detail. Education

Location: New York, NY Salary: This position has a salary range of $220,000 to $250,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. This role is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
