Overview
Enterprise Bank & Trust is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new commercial credit card business by cross-selling commercial payment solutions to the bank's existing commercial client base. This individual will be responsible for driving fee revenue for the bank by working with and building relationships with internal team members such as Unit Presidents, Relationship, Portfolio and Treasury Managers along with Retail branch personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Actively engage with Relationship Managers, Portfolio and Treasury Managers to develop potential qualified commercial credit card target lists.
Meet with Unit Presidents to review performance matrixes and strategically plan to develop additional opportunities.
Make in-person or telephone sales efforts to Bank client CEO's and business owners and successfully close activities by submitting completed and properly signed credit card application into bank's processing system. Must be influential to obtain new business and to demonstrate the ability to grow and maximize card usage through the sales process.
Actively attend and participant unit held product partner and sales meetings and provide updates on opportunities and obtain new potential leads for follow up.
Provide product demos in-person or via webinar to potential commercial card clients.
Provide sales and product training to Retail staff and provide support to selling departments and branches.
Monitors and ensures regulatory compliance.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, compliance and banking regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong inside sales and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Professional demeanor and phone voice with well-groomed appearance.
Self-starter, outgoing personality and able to address problems in a prompt, professional manner.
Team oriented, possess a positive attitude and works well with others.
Personal transportation that is reliable to visit customer sites and bank branches, if necessary.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment and good judgment in team oriented environment.
Ability to travel regionally in Arizona.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of three years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
Minimum of seven years of experience selling commercial card products.
