Sign-On Bonus $3,000- $4,000 Provide supervision and oversight to program and management staff of the Opioid Treatment Program. Acts as client advocate, ensuring that all client rights are respected and that all grievances and complaints are addressed in a timely and equitable manner in accordance with VIP policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Review for fidelity and update clinical programming to ensure best standards of clinical care. This includes use of evidence-based practices, group schedules, staff training and clinical supervision. Closely collaborate with the Medical Director, AVP, Admissions & Community Support Services, Residential Program Directors, and Director of Nursing to ensure ongoing coordination of client care. Develop, review, and update departmental policies and procedures as needed. Ensure compliance with all applicable operating regulations and VIP standards and participate in all recertification applications/reviews within areas of responsibility. Participates in clinic case conferences, counselor training, assigned committees, and leadership meetings. Ensure timely completion of all external regulatory reports including, but not limited to, STARS reporting, OASAS Client Data System reports (PAS 44/45, Monthly Delivery Reports) and New York Central Monitoring (Lighthouse) reporting. Prepare all proposals and monthly reports as needed. Develop, administer, and oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities within area of responsibility. Review and approve personnel actions for all employees within designated area of responsibility, including recruitment, hiring, evaluation, promotion, disciplinary action, and separation of program staff. Assure that all staff members are trained in and adhere to VIP policies and applicable regulatory standards. Prepare written annual evaluations for all direct reports and ensure the evaluations are completed accurately and objectively for all employees within designated areas of responsibility. Monitor operating budgets in areas of responsibility, making recommendations to maximize revenue collection and improve cost efficiency, allocations, and expenditures. Conduct scheduled management meetings with all direct reports. Other relevant duties as assigned. Requirements
Advance clinical degree preferred. License/Certification/Credential in a clinical discipline required (i.e., Ph.D., LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, CRC, CASAC Master Counselor, etc.). Five (5) years of experience in an administrative and/or clinical supervisory capacity within the behavioral health field required. Strong knowledge of OASAS, DEA and CARF standards required. Knowledgeable in best practices in substance use disorder treatment, medication assisted treatment services, person-centered care and trauma-informed care required. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be computer literate including proficiency with electronic health records, Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. This position will require availability as needed including on-call responsibilities
