Position Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced Auditor to lead and manage Certified Audit and Review engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring audit quality, supervising staff, and delivering strategic insights to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and a passion for improving financial operations and compliance. Responsibilities
Lead all phases of audit and review engagements, from planning through reporting Analyze financial records to evaluate compliance and accuracy Prepare and present audit findings, including actionable recommendations Advise clients on internal accounting procedures and transactions Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members Assist partners and managers with special consulting projects Stay up to date with industry trends and enhance technical knowledge through ongoing education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license or actively working toward certification 5–8 years of recent experience in public accounting Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Strong communication and client relationship skills Excellent multitasking, project management, and organizational abilities Ability to coach and mentor less experienced staff Seniority level
