Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Walnut Creek, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Family Law Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as conducting client consultations, managing legal cases, drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The attorney will also provide legal advice and support on various family law issues including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. Qualifications
Expertise in Family Law Experience in drafting and filing motions Skilled in conducting depositions Excellent legal research and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure Member of the California State Bar in good standing Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
