Location : Boon Lay
Responsibilities: Support sales team with technical pre-sales for cybersecurity solutions. Understand client IT/security needs and recommend suitable products. Deliver product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and solution presentations. Respond to RFI/RFPs and collaborate with vendors on proposals. Conduct in-house testing and develop solution designs and recommendations. Keep updated on industry trends and provide internal/partner training. Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields. Min. 1 year in pre-sales or cybersecurity solution implementation. Strong technical knowledge in internet/network architecture, endpoint security, email/web/cloud security, VMware, UNIX/Windows. Confident in demos, proposals, and solution architecture design. Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Preferred: Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, etc. Experience with Trellix or Check Point products. Familiarity with cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS) and advanced cybersecurity tools.
