– lead the development and execution of advanced analytics solutions to address complex business challenges in support of Vizient consulting stakeholders in Life Sciences & Industry and Kaufman Hall teams. You will scope and deliver analytics from multiple Vizient solutions, guide cross-functional teams using advanced analytics to deliver strategic insights, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth. Responsibilities
Lead the identification and evaluation of advanced analytics solutions to generate strategic insights for consultants. Serve as a subject matter expert on Vizient measures and analytics to inform key consulting stakeholders. Direct delivery teams and partner with sales in conducting targeted analyses addressing complex business challenges while ensuring contractual obligations and vendor management. Interpret a broad spectrum of healthcare industry analytics and communicate findings to enable use of insights across clients. Cultivate and maintain relationships with other analytics teams to foster collaboration, trust, and more efficient analytics. Support business development initiatives through proposal development and lead generation activities. Contribute to practice advancement by delivering unique data use and interpretation, improving efficiency, and contributing to thought leadership. Qualifications
Relevant advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare analytics. Experience leveraging analytics into scalable solutions, creating and facilitating presentations, and developing support materials. Proficiency in advanced SQL and/or Databricks. Experience with Vizient’s Clinical Database (CDB) required. Proven track record in driving analytic results. Experience collaborating with consultants to translate needs into actionable analytics is preferred. Experience with Vizient/Sg2 data, claims data, ODB, CPSC, and CMS data is a plus. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel. Estimated Hiring Range
Current salary range: $102,400.00 to $179,000.00. Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, and organizational needs; geographic factors may adjust the range. This position is incentive eligible. Benefits & Equal Opportunity
